RULES:
All dishes MUST be cooked in a cast iron pot on premisses. NO open fires...(gas, charcoal, or propane is allowed)
One 10x10 canopy is allowed per team.
Each team MUST have a fire extinguisher readily available at your site.
Cooking team IS required to supply their own bowls, plates, and utensils to serve guest.
Teams are encouraged however NOT REQUIRED to prepare enough food to sell to guests.
Dishes MUST be completed by 11:30am.
All proceeds benefit the Derek J. Olivier Foundation Scholarship.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
8:00am-9:00am Cooks/Teams arrive, register, setup and start cooking. Registration closed at 9.
11:30am-11:45 Food ready to serve then Start Judging
1:00pm- Awards ceremony for 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place
